The DIGITUS USB4 docking station expands your notebook by another 14 ports via a single USB-C port. It offers e. g. 1 x DisplayPort and 1 x HDMI video ports for connecting monitor, beamer and TV. With dual monitor support, you can operate your displays simultaneously. Under Windows, you can output video signal to two different video ports simultaneously (SST mode), and you can also display 2 different video signals through 2 video ports (MST mode). Only SST mode is supported on Mac OS. There is a network port, further USB connectors (USB-C, USB-A), audio output and two independent card readers. The integrated USB-C port with support for Power Delivery (PD Charging) allows you to charge your laptop while using the docking station. In addition, the docking station offers various USB-C and 3.0 ports for data transfer, connecting peripherals such as mice and keyboards, and charging mobile devices.

Not all USB-C ports support all USB Type-C features. Make sure your notebook's USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP-Alt Mode) and USB Power Delivery (PD).

Video output performance depends on the graphics card of the notebook and the connected monitor. Some graphics cards have limited MST support, while some monitors limit the available resolution.
